Behind Morton®
We are a clinical team convinced that documenting well should not cost you your time or your peace of mind.
To give time back to the anesthesiologist and raise the standard of clinical documentation, turning the best available evidence into clear, defensible records that are ready to sign.
Morton was born out of the day-to-day work of coordinating groups of anesthesiologists in Medellín. We saw incomplete medical records, administrative complications and medicolegal risks. We started by standardizing templates for our own team; when we saw what changed, we decided to bring it to every anesthesiologist.
- 2024
Luis standardizes templates for his group. The result: better quality, less time spent on records, and a team known for its documentation.
- 2025
With Kelly, they decide to scale the solution. Platform design, validation with anesthesiologists and construction of the core modules.
- 2026
Launch of Morton® CDSS: pre-anesthesia, intraoperative, postoperative, guidelines, protocols and calculations in a single tool.
Evidence first
Every module is backed by verified clinical guidelines. Without evidence, it does not make it onto the platform.
Your time is sacred
Documenting should not steal hours from you. Morton speeds up the record to give time back to your patients and to you.
The judgment is yours
Morton suggests and structures; you decide and sign. Clinical responsibility stays where it belongs.
Real people behind every product decision.
